Syrup Inventory

Friends,

Thanks to all of you, we sold out of syrup from the 2018 season.  I just wanted to let you know that I will have new 2019 Syrup on the website and in Utah for sale some time in April (2019).

As for this season, the weather has not been cooperating very well and we don’t even have half the syrup we usually do at this point in the season.  It’s either been too cold, or too hot for the sap to run.  We are not getting a steady warm up, but rather the thermometer is jumping all over the place.  Hopefully the second half of the season goes much better.

With all that said, I will have syrup ready to go in April - I just don’t know how much I’ll have or how long it will last.  Keep checking back for inventory to be in stock, and if you’re on my email list, I will send an email out as soon as I’ve got syrup back in stock.
